If there is truly a place that I would love to get married then it would be here, having grown up in Upton and frequently visiting these stunning grounds. But, my nostalgic attachment to this estate asides, Upton Country Park is a real gem and cornerstone to our local community.
The 18th Century Grade II* Listed Upton House sits nestled among 160 acres of exquisite parkland, shoreline and gardens. Where couples can celebrate their marriage in their wonderfully restored and historic 200 year old Manor House and make use of the picturesque grounds for their wedding photographs.
Upton Country House also has a beautiful Walled Garden, offering a summertime alternative with the most charming backdrop for a marquee wedding reception.
You will notice that they have preserved many of its Georgian features. Exuding elegance and Georgian class through its Roman-style columns, Sash windows and high ceilings.
